“The A-Team,” an action-packed adventure series that aired nearly forty years ago, remains ingrained in public memory, even though it concluded only after five seasons on air. Many actors from the original series are still alive, although cast members like George Peppard (John “Hannibal” Smith) and Lance Legault (Col.
Peppard died of pneumonia in 1994 at 65 years old. Meanwhile Lance Legault, who played recurring villain Col. Roderick Decker, died in 2012 from heart failure at age 75. Most of the other major cast members are still alive, however, so let's check in to see how they're doing.
Although the two did not get along later in the series, the chemistry between their characters in many episodes and talents prove both were stars in their own way. The clashing of the two didn't have too much of an impact on the show's success.

Ratings continued to drop, and The A-Team later fall out of the top 50. In November 1986, NBC canceled the series, declining to order the last nine episodes of what would have been a 22-episode season.
