Head to Thespis's house which is in Greater Athens near the Agora. Call Ikaros when at the Agora and look across the small river running through this part of the city. An Athenian guard will be rummaging through Thespis's belongings.
Kassandra can choose to either kill him, spare his life, or recruit him aboard the Adrestia as a lieutenant. Viewing Bulis with Ikaros will show him with a unique avatar in that he appears similar to a regular Athenian light soldier, but with added details.
