The second series of ads stars Dean Winters as Mayhem. The Mayhem commercials made Dean Winters a household name. His acting career included recurring roles on the HBO show “Oz” and “Rescue Me,” among others.
Dean Winters, the man who many know as Mayhem from the Allstate Insurance commercials, hasn't had a pain-free day in over 12 years, not since he had multiple amputations.
In the new Allstate commercial Mayhem, played by an actor who starred in the HBO series OZ, is in his mom's basement playing bball w his brother, an actor who also played his brother on the OZ series. They're also bros in real life. Dean Winters & Scott Winters.
2008. In August 2008, it was announced that actress Jennifer Aniston would guest star on 30 Rock. The following month it was confirmed by NBC that she would play a woman obsessed with Alec Baldwin's character, Jack Donaghy. She filmed her scenes on August 29 and September 4, 2008.
