Actor Values are the collection of stats that every NPC and Creature uses for various game mechanics. There are different types of actor values, S.P.E.C.I.A.L. attributes, skills, and derived attributes.
Best Starting Stats: Melee
- Strength: 7.
- Perception: 5.
- Endurance: 8.
- Charisma: 1.
- Intelligence: 6.
- Agility: 4.
- Luck: 9.
It is possible to be good with everyone but its VERY tedious. I was like by NCR and idolized by legion at the same time. Also idolized with boomers brotherhood, khans ect. You can be idolized in goodsprings but it makes being like by powder gangers extremely annoying.
Karma means very little, only a couple times in game it matters. Reputation matters much more it's how much a certain faction likes you. Rep effects whether you can gain access to secret stashes, if they'll shoot you on sight, send assassins after you, etc.
Gameplay that can be difficult the first few times, but apart from that, Dead Money is for me the best DLC of Fallout New Vegas, the setting is very suggestive and it gave me a lot of the vibe of the first Silent Hill due to the whole issue of the Cloud, the lore of the DLC itself is incredibly rich for an additional ...
