Once again, Miller was arrested in Hawaii — this time charged with second-degree assault for allegedly throwing a chair at a 26-year-old woman, leaving her with a half-inch gash in her forehead, according to the Hawaii Police Department.
Miller was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and harassment after an incident at a bar in Hawai'i. Police said he yelled obscenities at a woman and lunged at a man.
According to the Hawaii Police Department, Miller allegedly became irate after being asked to leave and threw a chair, striking a 26-year-old woman on the forehead and resulting in an approximate half-inch cut. The woman refused treatment for the injury.
DC Studios has previously stood by the embattled actor, who is receiving treatment for “complex mental health issues” ahead of their leading superhero turn.
