Honey Best is a minor character in the 2004 Disney/Pixar animated film, The Incredibles and its 2018 sequel. She is the wife of Lucius Best (a.k.a. Frozone). While she never appears onscreen, she is mentioned early in the film by Helen, and later has a conversation with her husband.
Brad Bird gave his reasoning for that decision, and it has to do with her voice. During a discussion about including more people of color, Bird addressed his creative decisions regarding Honey. “She's funnier as a voice,” he said, according to Heroic Hollywood.
Lucius Best (a.k.a. Frozone) (voiced by Samuel L. Jackson in the films, Isaac C. Singleton Jr. in Rise of the Underminer, and John Eric Bentley in Lego The Incredibles) is a long-time friend of the Parr family.
Syndrome was the second Pixar antagonist to die after Hopper in A Bug's Life. According to official sources, Syndrome is 25 years old, is 5'7, and weighs 185 lbs (83 kg).
