You have emotions you want to share. You like being vulnerable in front of an audience. You like working with another actor on material, on scenes, and bringing to life the character, bringing the dialogue to life and making it real and finding ways to make that dialogue real and bring real emotions to that character.
The very best actors have good technique and exceptional talent. Acting techniques, like projecting your voice and movement on stage, can be learned and finessed, improving any talent. The extra edge that extraordinary natural talent brings is something that cannot be taught and is what makes great actors stand out.
You feel you could be a messenger. You witness challenges, injustices, and transformations. They make you feel compassion and passion to effect change in the world. You have a need to give others profound experiences. You understand the world needs actors and you accept wholeheartedly the torch to carry.
Record yourself. Video and audio recordings will help you analyse your acting, voice, body movement, diction, and facial expression. Recording your performance and matching with the original one more than once will help you enhance your skills. Gradually, you will do better in cold reading and acting.
