Farrell, 47, called the makeup on the upcoming Max series an “extraordinary thing and credited artist Mike Marino as the mastermind behind the Penguin's aesthetic. “He created the puppet, and I'm the marionette, is the way I think of it. It feels like an on the nose description of what happened,” the actor explained.
The Penguin will be released on Thursday 19th September. Episodes will air weekly, with the season finale arriving on 7th November. In the US, the show will air on HBO and on streaming platform Max, while in the UK, fans can watch via Sky and NOW.
