In the Origin System, Teshin is the enigmatic leader of the Conclave Syndicate, where Tenno can hone their skills against adversaries of equal capability: their fellow Tenno. He is adamant that the Conclave is necessary to prepare the Tenno for the enemies plotting against them.
Within the Void, it is revealed that Teshin was pulled into the portal during The New War after Erra crushed his head, along with his Narmer Veil, which sits tarnishing, unused, on a Narmer banner in his cave. As he fell through the sky, he crashed into the lake on the island now known as Hermit's Landing.
The Relay 'CONCLAVE' Fast Travel option has been changed to say 'TESHIN' as this option now serves a new role with The Steel Path. This will also now place you in front of the Conclave station instead of in the Conclave screen.
Rell is voiced by Emma Martello, who also voices Master Teasonai and Cephalon Cy.
