Synopsis When Rebecca (Teresa Palmer) left home, she thought that her childhood fears were behind her. As a young girl growing up, she was never really sure of what was real when the lights went out at night.
The film follows Noni (Gugu Mbatha-Raw), an up-and-coming pop star who's simultaneously perched at the top of the charts and the top of her hotel balcony, utterly disillusioned with a career that's come at the cost of her self-worth.
He was accused of communist sympathies, and some members of the press and public were scandalised by his involvement in a paternity suit and marriages to much younger women. An FBI investigation was opened, and Chaplin was forced to leave the U.S. in 1952 and settle in Switzerland.
